Pillsbury Crescent Roll S’more Breakfast Rolls

Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

My son was ecstatic when I told him I needed to “make up” a recipe using Pillsbury Crescent Rolls. He LOVES Pillsbury Crescent Rolls. Within seconds he had it all figured out what “we” should do. Being a good mom, I decided to use this moment to build his self esteem and possibly throw my chances of winning to the side. Not that he doesn’t have great ideas, but he’s 12…….you know it’s going to involve sugar!
He gathered all the ingredients and got started at building his S’more Breakfast Rolls.
Pillsbury S’More Breakfast Crescent Rolls

  • 1 roll of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 chocolate candy melts or chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
  • 1 graham cracker – crushed
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Separate each triangle. Sprinkle a small amount of cinnamon sugar to cover the full triangle of Pillsbury dough. Place 2 or 3 mini marshmallows and 3 to 4 chocolate chips (or one candy melt) with a 1/2 teaspoon of crushed graham cracker at the wide end of the triangle. Gently roll into your crescent roll shape. Bake as directed, 10-12 minutes. While the rolls are baking, melt butter. Add cinnamon sugar to melted butter. When rolls are golden brown and finished baking, brush your butter cinnamon mixture over each roll. Make plenty, because everyone will want S’more!
