Flea Market Finds Blog Hop!

Oh boy……..a bit ago I agreed to be a part of an amazing group of talented bloggers in a fun challenge. I should have known better knowing I’m horrible at sending stuff. I chose something fun to send to Gina and Beth from Home Stories from AtoZ sent me this diddy.  When you’re finished reveling in my amazing talent to transform this object sent from Beth……head over the Jeanne Oliver.….where she’s clearly more talented and has a much better vision than I do.

It instantly reminded me of Holly Hobby……remember her?  That cute little peasant girl with the big bonnet?

I originally thought I’d spray paint it white and add some gold somehow…….then I got distracted by my craft room remodel and was pressed for time…….

When in doubt……just cover it up. So, with my love of burlap and flowers……..I created a fun vase. Tada! flea market finds

I have these adorable Easter vintage images printed on fabric that I thought would look cute and springy!

Well……had I not procrastinated…..I had my dates messed up and actually did this in 10 min this morning. Sometimes decorating is like that……on the fly!

CUTE! Sometimes the simplest ideas are the best! When I saw it, I thought of spraying it to match your craft room…of course, you can still do that! But, you could “re-gift” it the way it is now! 😉
