Free Graphics – The Graphic Fairy

Enjoy these free graphics from my guest blogger today.

While I’m gallivanting around Zion, I twisted the arms of a few of my BFF past features to share their latest favorite projects!  Karen from The Graphics Fairy is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet.  Her site is FULL of free graphics to use for all kinds of projects.  I first featured her way back when.

The Graphics Fairy

Hello everyone I’m Karen from The Graphics Fairy. I’m so excited that Kim invited me to Guest Post here today while she’s away. In addition to being a fan of her blog, I’ve been blessed to meet Kim in person twice and let me tell you, she’s a blast to hang out with!

If you have been to my site before, you probably know me for the thousands of graphics that I provide on my blog for creative peeps like you, to use in your projects. I also create my own projects and tutorials and these are my 5 favorites:

free graphics

Union Jack Shield Pillow This is a pillow that I made using an old Union Jack Flag Image. There is a printable on my post so that you can make one too! I used a pillow cover from Ikea, since I’m not big on sewing, and just ironed the image on with my favorite transfer paper.

Bird Knobs  These were some plain wooden knobs that I had lying around in my garage. I transformed them using paint and a Vintage Bird Silhouette, along with a Transfer Medium.

Vintage Number Coasters I used that same Transfer Medium on these Marble Tile Coasters. I have a printable for the Vintage Numbers too!

free graphics

Grain Sack Towel I’m probably most known for my Typography Printables, especially the French ones! This is one of my Grain Sack designs transferred onto a Kitchen Towel and Place Mat, using the Citra Solv Transfer Technique.

French Typography Runner In addition to my own projects, my contributing editor Gina Luker, from The Shabby Creek Cottage, also does weekly projects on my DIY Blog! I had just had to share this beautiful Linen Table Runner that Gina made using one of my French Printables, and the Freezer Paper Transfer Method.

I hope you’ll stop by my site and grab some of my Free Graphics for your own creations! Thanks for letting me share a few of my projects today and big thanks to Kim for inviting me!

Thanks for all the links and projects…I’m so revved up to try something new!
I’ve been vibing on numbers lately (hey, it’s 7/11 today…yay!) so I think I need to do a house number sign. Maybe a t-shirt too, with the house number really big, just so I can match my little shack and cuz I really like the number. :)
    Have a cheery day!
