She has since published 2 cookbooks and is a wizard in the kitchen with all her creative recipes.  You’ll enjoy Kelly’s warm personality……she’s just a mom like you helping her family.

    I love that there is a huge range of sugar-free desserts, and they’re not pathetic excuses for desserts either!
    All of the recipes are rich and delicious and filling…and lots of choices for gluten-free eaters, diabetics and even vegan and raw food fans! Thanks for the link!

    Thank you for sharing the genius that is the Spunky Coconut. Kelly’s blog has really helped me transition to a gluten-free diet over the past 2 years. That vanilla bean cake that’s pictured is KILLER. Even for those of you not GF, it’s very low carb and refined sugar, so her site is worth checking out.

    Great to see someone else in the GF community featured on here! Love it…
