Where are they now? ~ Somewhat Simple!

While I’m away at The Creative Connection, I’ve asked a few past featured bloggers to show me their 5 favorite crafts!  I featured Stephanie with Somewhat Simple over a year ago.  I met her at a Bloggy Boot Camp in AZ and again at Creative Estates.  We first bonded over wearing the same color!  Cute girl and of course talented.  I also was surprised to find out she’s the sister inlaw to Becca from Blue Cricket.  Wouldn’t that be fun?

Hi everyone! It is so fun to be back here on Kim’s fabulous site! Kim featured me in this post HERE way back on May 5, 2010 and it was “the best day of my life.”

I’ve grown up a bit since I debuted on Kim’s site- I’m now a mom to 4 and couldn’t be more blessed.

My site has grown just a bit too! (I think Kim had a hand in some of my success! She is fantastic, isn’t she?!)

Kim and I have met in real life twice now- both times at blog conferences and both times in Phoenix, because that’s where I live and that’s where Kim’s people pay her to go. (Someday I want to be famous and have people of my own.)

(We like to dress alike!) :)

I’m here today to show you 5 of my most favorite projects that you will find on Somewhat Simple.

I get invited to a lot of baby showers. I’ll show you an easy way to turn a boring baby boy gift into something great simply by wrapping it in a cute baseball glove!

This couple’s collage hangs over my bed and is a fun reminder of the good times my husband and I have spent together.

I’ll be honest, I hate to exercise. For those of you like me, you’ll love this exercise block!

I haven’t found a better way to keep my family organized! This Dry Erase Glass Calendar is a hit!

One of the first projects I made with chalkboard paint and also still my favorite! Its a fun way to celebrate the things in life you may not normally think to be excited over.

I’d like to personally invite you over to Somewhat Simple where you’ll find creative ideas of all sorts! I’ve recently invited some “experts” to contribute and together we make a fantastic team with ideas you are sure to love!

Thanks Kim for having me! Its been a blast!!!

Bye everyone!

Ok, great projects, Stephanie. All very clever.

And Kim, I’ve wanted to post all week that I love this series, but being a past feature, I didn’t want my comment to look like some sort of hint. But I’m back again and this time I have to say something. Please read nothing more into my comment, except that bloggers grow and continue to create-and it’s fun to see their new and improved ideas. Hope you’re having a blast (and maybe continue this series in the future!).
