3 Ingredient Slushy Recipe
Hello New Friends! I’m Ariean and you can usually find me blogging over at One Krieger Chick…But, today I’m popping in over here to share how to make a fun Monogrammed Mason Jar and a yummy Slush recipe to fill it up.
I came across these cute pint size plastic mason jars at my local Dollar General and knew I had to do something fun with them. I’m a Momma of three little boys, so of course I picked up three in all different colors. They really were calling for a Monogram, though…don’t you think?
So easy to do…You can make these even without a fancy cutting machine. Here’s all you need…
{Vinyl and mason jars}
I just cut out the boys initials from white vinyl using my Cricut (any cutting machine will work). The size is up to you, but my letters are 2.5 inches.
What if you don’t have a cutting machine? Most craft stores sell vinyl decals or stickers that would work perfectly. The local Sign shop in my town will also cut letters for me…a bonus if I need a large cut.
Attach it to the jar just like a sticker, carefully working from one end to the other so you don’t get any air bubbles. Then, fill it with your favorite drink, like my easy as 1-2-3 Homemade Slush.
Bet you would never guess this, but before I had children I taught High School…loved it, actually! One of my most fun classes to teach was beginning level Foods…I taught them everything from how to hand wash dishes to making homemade spaghetti. Out of all the recipes I taught, this 3-Ingredient Slush was always one of the biggest hits!
