Ingredients
  • 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 can (8oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 can (8oz.) chunked pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temp
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup sugar
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, the first 4 items.
  2. In another bowl, using your mixer, mix together cream cheese, sugar and yogurt until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add to the fruit mixture and stir gently to coat.
  4. Refrigerate for 15-30 min before serving.
Notes
Feel free to add additional fruits.
