Ingredients for Jalapeno Cornbread
onion eggs sour cream diced jalapenos all purpose flour salt granulated sugar shredded cheddar cheese creamed corn (14 oz) vegetable oil yellow cornmeal baking powder – One small jalapeno - sliced for top
Fold in the onion & cheese.
Add jalapenos.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour into your prepared cast iron skillet or a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Add sliced jalapenos and a bit of shredded cheese on top. Bake at 350° degree oven for 55 minutes.
