Hash Brown Ham & Egg Cups

These protein-rich Hash Brown, Ham & Cheese Muffin Cup Egg cups are easy to make with eggs, hash browns, cheese, and any breakfast meat.  Perfect for a quick snack or a grab & go breakfast.

Refrigerated hash browns Grated cheddar cheese  Cubed ham Eggs Salt Ground pepper Garlic powder  Milk

Recipe for Egg Muffin Cups

1. Pre-heat oven 350 degrees, & grease muffin tin. 2. In a medium-size bowl, stir all ingredients together. 4. Scoop mixture into each cup.

5. Sprinkle the tops with a little extra cheese. 6. Place in the oven on the middle rack for about 30 min, or until golden brown.

Bake until golden brown and the cheese is melted!
