Once Summer is here and it heats up, I’m all about Summer Treats! Today I’m sharing this Peaches and Sweet Cream Milkshake with coffee creamer.
Enjoying the tastes of summer with all the fresh fruits is just one way I enjoy the season. I’ve done a lot of work with International Delight, so of course, I thought it would be interesting to try their Sweet Cream Coffee Creamer in a milkshake!
Peaches and Sweet Cream Milkshake with Coffee Creamer
OH MY! It was delicious!
I had a hard time deciding whether to use fresh raspberries, strawberries or peaches. Peaches and cream just seemed to be the most natural choice, so I went with it.
I remember as a girl in Central Oregon, we used to buy raw cows milk from the farmer next door. The milk came in a large glass gallon jar and we’d have to skim the cream off the top. My grandmother was visiting and made me up a bowl of fresh peaches drizzled with cream, then we’d sit on the porch and watch the thunderstorm. Not only was it delicious, but it’s a sweet memory too.
This Peaches and Sweet Cream Milkshake reminds me of that afternoon, with the same sweet taste.
I had never used coffee creamer in a milkshake before, but why not? I have used in several other recipes, like my Slow Cooker French Toast, Cinnabon French Toast, Triple Berry Cobbler and Peppermint Fudge Truffles!
When using the International Delight Sweet Cream Creamer, I omitted the milk and any sugar. I kept the rest of my recipe pretty simple. As I mentioned earlier, any fresh fruit would be perfect.
Peaches and Sweet Cream Milkshake with Coffee Creamer

- 2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream (I used 4 medium ice cream scoops)
- 3/4 cup to 1 cup International Delight Sweet Cream Creamer
- 1 cup fresh peaches - pitted and chopped.
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into your blender and blend on high until well mixed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
Try it with strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or all 3!
Add more creamer if it's too thick.

This sounds yummy! I love the idea of using coffee creamer this way. I am not great with recipes so this takes all the guesswork out of it!
