Strawberry Blackberry Margarita Popsicles
Ingredients for Making Strawberry Blackberry Margarita Popsicles
- Jose Cuervo Strawberry Margarita Mix
- Santa Cruz Strawberry Lemonade
- 2-3 Fresh Strawberries, sliced
- 8 Fresh Blackberries
How to Make Strawberry Blackberry Margarita Popsicles
- Arrange Popsicle molds (I used a Zoku Pop Maker) on a solid non-slip surface. (affiliate link)
- Drop a few blackberries and strawberry slices into each mold.
- Pour 2 1/2 ounces of strawberry lemonade and 2 ounces of margarita mix into each popsicle.
- Place popsicles into the freezer for 3 – 4 hours or overnight.
- Run tepid water over the molds for 20 seconds for easy removal.
- Serve.
You could also layer these popsicles by adding a layer of each ingredient, then freezing completely between additional layers. If you’re going to make a batch of these non-alcoholic, I recommend preparing them differently than the alcoholic ones so they’re not mistaken for one another–the layers are a fun twist, and kids always love to help drop fruit into the popsicle molds!
